The Brain

For over 40 years, a mystic known as the “sleeping prophet” amazed the medical and scientific world with his diagnostic skills. With no medical background and very little education, Edgar Cayce was able to diagnose accurately, thousands of medical cases as to the cause and cure of each condition. From about 1905 to 1945, Cayce accumulated a library of case studies that are being investigated by the medial and science community to this very day. When asked how he was able to analyze and identify conditions, that mystified even specialists, he said he did not do anything, it was the person who told him the answers. When questioned further, it was clarified that Cayce would lie down and internalize his thoughts, which produced a sleep like state. In this dream state, his subconscious would link with the subjects subconscious and all the details of the mental or physical circumstances would flow from the subject subconscious, with Cayce just repeating what he heard. What was also fascinating, was that if the person was Italian or German or any other foreigner, and speaking in their language, Cayce would understand and translate it into English.
What caught my attention, was when he said the information was coming from the persons subconscious. Cayce clarified that the subconscious stored information on every element of a person’s being. It knew when and why an illness or disease started, why it was maintained and how to cure it. Proof of this inborn subconscious ability to cure from within, is the medical mystery of “spontaneous remission”. Many positive cases of incurable tumors or terminal conditions disappeared overnight, without any medical assistance. The mind, cured itself. The question of course, if the mind can cure itself, why does it not cure every ailment that appears? Unfortunately, we do not know the answer, but we do know it can.
However, after reviewing many cases from the Edgar Cayce library in Virginia Beach, Virginia, that are available to those interested, I have accepted that the mind does have the powers Cayce described. The problem is, how do you access them? This recognition of the influence the mind has over the body, has caused me to investigate ways to access the subconscious and establish communication methods to seek the key to the” holy grail” of medical science, Spontaneous Remission. Where are the triggers to bringing the mind and body back into balance? What are the brains limitations??? If the overall brain activity is electrochemical, can a neuron transmit signals, like a Bluetooth, to a neuron that is not connected directly or indirectly with it?? Can the brain signal to a nerve or muscle in the leg, even with a severed spinal cord? I have had a lot of success working on pain control, accelerated healing, minimal blood loss after surgery and heart rate regulation as well as emotional transformations, but need to explore and find the limitations of the brain.
The DDI has determined that any answers to self healing, is by communicating with the subconscious, therefore depth of internalizing is critical to create the proper atmosphere for any major discovery. Communication skills include clarity or a broad base of understanding of each problem, to minimize confusion. The more precise any information that is presented to the subconscious, the better chance of success.
Therefore, a better understanding of visual and function of the brain, on a conscious level, insures improved interaction between the conscious and subconscious.

The nervous system is your body’s decision and communication center. The central nervous system (CNS) is made of the brain and the spinal cord and the peripheral nervous system (PNS) is made of nerves. Together they control every part of your daily life, from breathing and blinking to helping you memorize facts for a test. Nerves reach from your brain to your face, ears, eyes, nose, and spinal cord… and from the spinal cord to the rest of your body. Sensory nerves gather information from the environment, send that info to the spinal cord, which then speed the message to the brain. The brain then makes sense of that message and fires off a response. Motor neurons deliver the instructions from the brain to the rest of your body. The spinal cord, made of a bundle of nerves running up and down the spine, is similar to a superhighway, speeding messages to and from the brain at every second.

The brain is made of three main parts: the forebrain, midbrain, and hindbrain. The forebrain consists of the cerebrum, thalamus, and hypothalamus (part of the limbic system). The midbrain consists of the tectum and tegmentum. The hindbrain is made of the cerebellum, pons and medulla. Often the midbrain, pons, and medulla are referred to together as the brainstem.

Basic Brain structure:
Cerebrum – Higher mental processes occur here. Who we are…our personality.

Cerebellum – Coordinates muscle movement…regulates posture and balance.

Brainstem – Controls autonomic and reflex reactions…heart, breathing.

The DDI program depends on understanding as much as possible, any details that make up any condition. The more precise the communication between the conscious and subconscious the less chance of any misunderstanding. Cancer, Alzheimer’s, paralysis or any other major physical condition will require the full powers of the brain, to present any positive solutions.
