Each lob is very diversified in their function and should be explored carefully, depending on your physical concerns.

CEREBRUM – Higher mental processes occur here.

Frontal lob – Who we consciously and are aware of our existence. It contains our personality and our sense of relationships to the rest of the world. It controls our ability to concentrate, make decisions, plan, organize and be aware of thought.

Parietal lob – Processes the sensations of touch, pressure, temperature and pain. It has “body memory” for recalling learned automatic actions, like biking and swimming.

Temporal lob – provides a complete mental picture of what we see, hear, smell and feel.

Occipital lob – it’s primary function is all visual elements.
